My target on this was 32 - 32.50. Didn't think it would hit it so quickly. Closed it as it went below 32.

Sell to Open - 1 TGT Feb 30 Put @ 1.92
TGT has found support at 30 before. It also looks a little oversold. Sold a naked put at these levels.
